Chocolate Financiers

 

 Ingredients 
100g butter (melted)
50g black chocolate
4 egg whites 
150g sugar
80g almond powder
60g flour 
1 tsp cinnamon powde
A pinch of salt
Method
Preheat oven to 170°C.
Melt chocolate + butter in a microwave oven.
Mix almond powder with melted butter.
Then add flour, cinnamon powder & a pinch of salt.
Beat egg whites with sugar & add to the prepared cake dough.
Pour the batter into the greased silicon baking moulds.
Bake for 15-20 mn until risen.
