Mascarpone Cake with Chocolate Chips

Mini Mascarpone Cakes

Ingredients
100g flour
100g mascarpone
100g sugar
A pinch of salt 
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder 
1  tsp vanilla essence
Chocolate chips 
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a bowl beat eggs.
Cream together the mascarpone, sugar & salt .
Add beaten eggs & mix well.
Sieve both flours and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.
Add chocolate chips  & vanilla essence.
Pour the batter into the greased silicon baking moulds.
Bake for 15-20 mn until risen.
