Sangam Burfi
Ingredients
1cup flour
75g melted butter /4 tbsp ghee
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
3 tbsp condensed milk
1/2 tsp cardomom
Candied fruits & Almond flakes
Method
Melt ghee & fry flour on medium heat.
When it leaves the sides of the pan , remove from fire.
Set aside to cool.
Then add condensed milk & mix well .
Then make syrup using sugar & water.
When thread consistency, add the flour mix.
Stir continuously over medium heat.
When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, remove from fire .
Add cardomom powder , mix well with a wooden spatule.
Pat it onto a greased dish.
Top with dry fruits & almond flakes.
Cut into desired shapes & serve.
