Oats Dosa
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
Half cup split urad dal
1 tsp fenugreek seeds (fine powder)
Half cup rice powder
Salt to taste
Water
Method
Soak first four ingredients ina bowl .
Add water to the batter to get a semi liquid stage.
Add salt & whipped curd.
Mix well , cover & keep aside for 5 hours.

Heat a nonstick pan / griddle with little oil.
Pour a spoon full of batter & spread carefully.
Dribble some oil over the dosa.
Flip & cook the other side
Serve hot with chutney / curry.
