Spiral Pasta with Parmesan sauce
Ingredients
250g Spiral Pasta (cooked)
*Parmesan Sauce*
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
An onion (sliced)
Few button mushrooms (sliced)
A green chilli (optional)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (optional)
2 tbsp cream
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
Chopped coriander leaves
Frenshly ground Black pepper
Method
Boil water with salt & cook pasta
Drain & keep aside.

Heat oil in a casserole.
Fry garlic for a while & then add sliced onions.
Add half slit chilli & sliced mushrooms.
Stir for a while with a wooden spatule.
Add some water & stir.
Close with a lid & cook for 3 mn.
When cooked add lamb lettuce & cream .
Add parmesan cheese & freshly ground pepper.
Remove from fire & stir in cooked pasta
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves & serve.
