Semolina -Gram Flour Laddoo
Ingredients
1 cup semolina
1 cup freshly grated coconut / dessicated coconut
2 tbsp gram flour
3/4 cup sugar
3 cardamom pods
50g butter / 3tbsp ghee
Pistachios.
Method
Dry roast semolina.
When turns light brown add gram flour.
Fry for a minutes & transfer to a bowl .

Heat 25g butter in a pan & then add sugar.
When sugar melts, add freshly grated coconut.
When it leaves the sides of the pan, remove from fire.
Add dry roasted mix along with cardamom powder.
Add te rest of the butter, mix well & let it cool.
Make small balls & top with pistachios.
