Avocado Chocolate Domes
Ingredients (6 domes)
1 Avocado (mashed)
100g sugar
3 eggs
150g black chocolate
70g flour
A pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
Icing sugar for dusting
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Break the chocolate bar & add a tbsp water.
Melt in microwave oven 2 mn.
Add ashed avocado & mix well.
In a bowl beat eggs with sugar.
Add beaten egg to the avocado & mix well.
Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.
Pour the batter into the greased 8 domes.
Bake for 15- 20mn until risen.
Dust with icing sugar & serve.
