Sindhi Sai Bhaji with Beet Greens
Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 garlic cloves (chopped)
2 green chillies (cut in coins)
2 onions (sliced)
A Zuchini (cubed)
Few beet greens (chopped)
A tomato (chopped)
1 cup toor dal (tuvara parippu)
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
*Temper *
2 garlic cloves (chopped)
A pinch of hing
1/2 tsp red chilli powder

Coriander leaves
A pinch of cumin powder
Method
Heat some oil in a pressure cooker.
Add cumin & chopped garlic cloves.
Fry for a while & then add sliced onion & green chilli coins.
Then add all the choped vegetables along with dal.
Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder & coriander powder.
Pressure cook dal with some water.

Heat oil in a pan & add chopped garlic
Add hing along red chilli powder.
Add this to the prepared dal curry & mix well
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves & cumin powder.
Serve with rice.
