Strawberry Chocolate Cake 

Ingredients
125g flour
100g sugar 
100ml liquid cream 
80g unsalted butter
100g dark chocolate
100g hazelnut powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
  3 eggs 
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
*Filling*
Fresh strawberries 
3 tbsp cream cheese
2 tbsp icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  Method
Break the chocolate bar & add 2 tbsp water.
Melt in microwave oven 2 mn.
Add chopped butter & mix well.
In another bowl beat eggs & sugar.
Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.
Add chocolate butter mixture & liquid cream.
Mix well & pour the batter into the greased cake tin.
Bake for 35mn, Th 180°C.

Wash, drain & hull strawberries.
Chop them & keep aside.
Whip cream cheese with icing sugar; 
Add vanilla essence & chopped strawberries. 
Mix well.
Cut the cake with a sharp knife & spread the filling.
