Ingredients
1 frozen shortcut pastry (pâte brisée)
** Topping**
5 scallions ( slice white part)
A green chilli (cut in coins)
2 cloves of garlic(chopped)
250g ham strips
1/2 tsp chicken masala (optional)
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper
Chopped coriander leaves
Chopped green part of scallions
Halved cherry tomatoes
Oil for frying

3 eggs (beaten)
200g thick cream 
100g grated cheese (parmesan)
 Method
Heat olive oil in a pan & fry scallions to light golden brown.
Add chopped garlic & chilli along with sliced asparagus.
Fry for a while &  then add masala alond with ham strips.
Garnish with coriander leaves , scallion greens & black pepper.

Beat eggs in a bowl & add whipped cream 
Mix well & then add prepared masala.
Add grated parmesan & mix well. 
***

Pre-heat oven 180°C.
Roll out the pastry on a lightly floured tart tin.

Spread evenly the prepared sauce over it .
Arrange cherry tomatoes as in the picture &  fold the edges inwards.

Bake for 25-30 mn .
Slice & serve your loved ones.
