Chocolate Buckwheat Cake
Ingredients
40g buckwheat flour
75g almond flour
120g sugar
100g salted butter
170g dark chocolate
40g almond powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp baking soda
100g thick cream
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
Chopped walnuts (optional)
Method
Break the chocolate bar & add 2 tbsp water.
Melt in microwave oven 2 mn.
Add chopped butter & mix well.
In another bowl beat eggs & sugar.
Sieve the flour and baking soda together and fold into the cake mixture.
Add chocolate butter mixture & mix well.
Add vanilla essence & chopped walnuts.
Mix well & pour the batter into the greased cake pan.
Bake for 30mn , Th 180°C.
