Blueberry Cream Cheese Pound Cake
Ingredients
250g cream cheese ( Philadelphia)
100g butter (melted)
150g sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
200g flour
Zest of an organic lemon

1 cup blueberries
1 tbsp flour
Method
Mix sugar with cream cheese.
Add lemon zest & mix well
In another bowl beat eggs.
Add the rest of the sugar & mix.
Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.
Then add the prepared cream cheese & mix well.
Toss the blueberries in flour & add half of them in the prepared batter.
Pour the batter into the greased cake pan & top with rest of the blueberies.
Bake for 30-35 mn, Th 180°C.
