Carrot  Onion Vada

CarrotVada Ingredients3 carrots (peel & grate)4 finely sliced onions1 tsp chilli powderAn eggA green chilli(chopped)1 tsp chopped ginger1 tsp salt1 cup gram flour2 tbsp rice flourCurry leaves / coriander leaves ( chopped)Oil for fryingMethodWash, peel & grate carrots.Mix  all the other ingredients & keep aside for some time.If the batter is thick add some water.Heat oil in a frying pan.Pour 1 tbsp full of the batter.
