Cream Cheese Pound Cake Ingredients 150g cream cheese ( Philadelphia)200g butter300g sugar4 eggs1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda250g flourZest of an organic lemonMethod Mix sugar with cream cheese.Add lemon zest & mix wellIn another bowl beat eggs. Add the rest of the sugar & mix. Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.Then add the prepared cream cheese & mix well. Pour the batter into the greased cake pan. Bake for 30-35 mn, Th 180°C.
