Poppy Seed Cake Ingredients200g flour 200g corn flour200g butter150g sugar A pinch of salt5 eggs 80g black poppy seeds2 tsp baking powder1 tsp vanilla essence Method Preheat oven to 180°C. In a bowl beat eggs.Cream together the butter, sugar & salt .Add beaten egg & mix well.Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture. Mix well & pour the batter into the greased cake pan. Bake for 35- 40mn until risen & golden-brown.Serve with tea.
