3 medim size potatoes(cut it into small cubes)
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 bowl of water.
Curry leaves & ground pepper
Mix tumeric powder, chilli powder & salt in a cup of water.
Heat oil in a pan & add mustard seeds.
When in pops, add chopped onion & fry till it becomes translucent.
Add potato cubes & water mixture.
Cook the potatoes (about 10 min)
Add crushed cumin seeds.
Garnish with pepper & curry leaves .
Serve with Naan, Chapattis, Pooris etc.
Instead of curry leaves U can use coriader leaves.
