Carrot Stir Fry
Ingredients
10 medim size carrots ( cut it into semicircles)
2 onions (chopped)
1tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
1 bowl of water
Curry leaves & ground pepper
Method
Mix tumeric powder, chilli powder & salt in a bowl of water.
Heat oil in a pan & add mustard seeds.
When in pops, add chopped onion & fry till it becomes translucent.
Add carrots & water mixture.
Cook the carrots (about 15 min)
Garnish with pepper & curry leaves .
Serve with Naan/ Chapattis/ Pooris /Rice...
