Peanut Butter Mascarpone Bundt Cake
Ingredients
100g flour
100g mascarpone
100g sugar
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
Chopped peanuts
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a bowl beat eggs.
Cream together the mascarpone, sugar & salt .
Add beaten eggs & mix well.
Sieve both flours and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.
Add chopped peanuts & cinnamon powder.
Pour the batter into the greased bundt tin.
Bake for 25-30 mn until risen.
