Chocolate Muffins
Ingredients
150g black chocolate
180g butter
170g sugar
200g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon powder
2 eggs (beaten)
100ml milk (adjust)
Topping
100g chocolate chips
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Break the chocolate bar & add 2 tbsp water.
Melt in microwave oven 2 mn.
Add melted chocolate with chopped butter & sugar.
Mix well & then add beaten eggs.
Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.
Add cinnamon powder & mix well.
If the batter is thick, add some milk.
Pour the batter into the greased 12 hole muffin tray.
Top with chocolate chips & bake for 15- 20mn until risen.
