Condensed Milk Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
200g dark chocolate
50g butter
200g sweetened condensed milk
4 large eggs
50g sugar
100g flour
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Topping
120 g chocolate,
3 tbsp water
50 g butter
3 tbsp icing sugar
*Sugar Rose*
Red sugar paste
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Break the chocolate bar & add 2 tbsp water.
Melt in the microwave oven & then add chopped butter .
Mix well & then add condensed milk.
Add beaten eggs & sugar.
Sieve the flour with baking powder & cinnamon powder .
Fold into the cake mixture & mix well.
Pour the batter into the greased cake pan.
Bake for 30mn, Th 180°C.
Set aside to cool.
*Topping *
Break the chocolate bar & add 2 tbsp water.
Melt in microwave oven 2 mn.
Abb butter & icing sugar.
Mix well & spread the chocolate icing all over the cake.
*Fondant Roses*
Flatten the sugar paste & cut into discs using a bottle cap.
Keep 4 discs one over the other & roll .
Cut in the middle to get two roses.
Decorate with roses & serve.
