Apple Cake

Ingredients

70g butter (melted)
An yogurt (125g)
150g sugar
230g flour
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp lemon juice
A pinch of salt

*Topping*
3 apples (Core & cut into thick slices)
25g butter
25g sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cream together the butter, sugar & salt .
Add beaten eggs & whipped yogurt.
Sieve the flour and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.
Pour the batter into the greased cake tin.
Arrange apple slices on the top.
Sprinkle (sugar+ cinnamon) mix on the top & then top with sliced butter. 
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean, about 35-40 minutes.
Serve with tea.
