Cherryclaf

Ingredients
100 ml milk
75g butter
250g Flour 
75g sugar
300ml thick cream
 3 eggs
200g white chocolate
1 /2 tsp cardomom powder
200g cerises(stoned)
Method
Preheat oven 180°C. 
In a bowl mix flour with sugar.
Add cream & mix well.
Melt white chocolate in a microwave oven.
In a thick bottomed vessel warm milk with butter.
When the butter is melted, remove from fire.
Add melted chocolate & cardomom powder.
Mix well, add to the flour & stir thoroughly. (without any lumps)
Then add beaten eggs & mix well.
Butter the ramekins.
Pour the prepared custurd & arrange cherries on the top.
Bake for 35- 40mn.
Dust icing sugar & serve warm
