Ricotta Chocolate Bundt Cake
Ingredients
50g corn flour
200g Ricotta cheese
100g sugar
150g dark chocolate
3 eggs beaten
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder

Liquid cream
100g dark chocolate
Almond flakes
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a bowl beat eggs.
Cream together the ricotta, sugar & salt .
Add beaten eggs & mix well.
Sieve flour and baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.
Add cinnamon powder & melted chocolate.
Pour the batter into the greased bundt tin.
Bake for 25-30 mn until risen.

Mix melted chocolate with liquid cream.
Pour over the bundt cake & top with almond flakes.
