Curried Oysters - Malabar Style

Strufoli - Italian Doughnuts

Strufoli Ingredients 250g ricotta cheese 150g flour2 eggs + An egg yolk2 tbsp sugarA pinch of saltZest of an orange10 g fresh yeast I tsp vanilla essence Oil for frying Method  Mix all the ingredients to get a stiff dough.
