Fried Small Sardines- Malabar Special

Fried Sardines Ingredients500g sardines (small)11/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp vegetable oilSalt to taste Method  Prepare marinade - chilli powder + turmeric powder + salt + oil.Cut, clean & then marinate sardines & keep in the refrigerator(2h). Heat a nonstick pan. Deep fry both sides on medium heat.
