Courgettes Yogurt Curry

Carrot Stir Fry

Carrot Stir FryIngredients10  medim size carrots ( cut it into semicircles)          2 onions (chopped)1tbsp oil1 tsp mustard seeds 1/2 tsp tumeric powder1/2 tsp red chilli powder1 tsp salt1 bowl of waterCurry leaves & ground pepper Method Mix tumeric powder, chilli powder & salt in a bowl of water.Heat oil in a pan & add mustard seeds.When in pops, add chopped onion & fry till it becomes translucent. Rava Idli

Rava Idli  Ingredients 500 g semolina4 yogurts (125 g each) 1 tsp salt 20 g fresh yeast 1 tsp sugar 1 bowl luke warm water MethodDilute yeast in luke warm water with 1 tsp sugar . Set aside for 15 minuites.Mix all  the ingredients & keep aside of 2/3 hours, until it's doubled.Add some water if the batter is thick. Grease the Idli maker with oil &  pour 1 tbsp of batter.Steam cook for 15 minuites. Serve with curry / chutney.

French Yogurt Cake

Recette de ma Mamie. Kesari - Gâteau de semoule à l'Indienne     Ingrédients :- 2  verres de semoule fine- 1  verre de sucre semoule + 1 paquet de sucre vanillé- 3  verres de lait - 50 g de beurre - Un peu de raisins sec. Préparation Faire fondre le beurre dans une casserole à  feu doux.Ajouter les raisins secs et les faire revenir. Verser la semoule en remuant. Naan - North Indian Bread

Soft Naan Bread   Ingredients500g flour1 yogurt ( 125g)1 egg1 tsp salt20g fresh yeast or (2 tsp dried yeast )1 glass luke warm water.     1 tsp sugar MethodDilute yeast in luke warm water with 1 tsp sugar . Welcome to my cuisine !

        Welcome to my Cuisine France is famous for it's gastronomy. A typical French meal is served in 3 courses-Entrée-Plat-Dessert. After dessert, cheese is served. The meal is completed with a black cofee (café). Normally  red wine is served  with meat & white winewith fish . In most dishes they use wine as an ingredient.
